Richard Neville is a licensed real estate broker and commercial property owner and manager. He is originally from Australia. He studied engineering in the State of Tasmania. In 1972, he delivered a sailboat to the U.S. “and ended up staying on and becoming a permanent resident and later a citizen.” He worked for a real estate developer in Annapolis and managed properties on the side. In 1990, he decided to devote more time to property management.
“I had no intention of staying here when I left Australia,” says Richard Neville almost 30 years later. Together Richard and Barbara bring over 35 years of experience to their clients.

Barbara B. Neville is a licensed real estate agent and a residential property manager. She joined the company in 1986. She is a University of Connecticut graduate. As a residential property manager, she has helped grow the residential side of the company. “Barbara is honest, personal and consistently exceeds the expectations of her clients.”

Benjamin Mueller is a licensed real estate agent and commercial property/leasing manager. He has been with Innovative Properties for 4 years. He is a graduate of Towson University with degrees in Economics and Sociology. He manages several office buildings, retail centers, residential properties and apartment complexes in Annapolis and the surrounding area. Property Management today is much more than just collecting rental fees!! When it comes to managing your private or commercial rental, Ben can provide you with a full range of professional services. When he is not hard at work, you can find him on the tennis court or traveling to a tennis tournament.

Lauren Emrick is a licensed Real Estate Agent and Residential Property Manager in the Annapolis, MD area. She has been with Innovative Properties for 3 years. She is a graduate of Salisbury University where she studied Psychology and Marketing.
In her free time she enjoys spending time with her beagle and pug while reading a good book.

Bridget has been a licensed Realtor for over 16 years and with Innovative Properties for 14 years. She specializes in sales, residential leasing & property management in the Annapolis, Eastport, and surrounding areas. Bridget is an avid Baltimore Ravens fan and enjoys traveling.
Bridget is committed to excellence providing the highest quality full service property management. She helps her clients find the ideal location among family neighborhoods, historic Annapolis properties, or waterfront community homes with dockage for boating enthusiasts.
As liaison between tenant and owner, Bridget handles rent collection and accounting, monthly statements to owners, year-end property accounting, maintenance concerns, yearly property inspections and much more.

Stacy Hultzman has been the bookkeeper for Innovative Properties since May 2007 and with the company since July 2006. Born and raised in Green Bay, Wisconsin, Stacy traveled to upstate New York where she earned a masters degree in Music Performance from Ithaca College. While in Ithaca, Stacy met her future husband and followed him down to Annapolis, Maryland. Stacy enjoys music, watching the Packers win, working out, and enjoying the beautiful Maryland weather.

Lori Griscom has been the office administrator since joining Innovative Properties just 2 years ago. Lori joined the Innovative Properties team after relocating to Annapolis, MD from south Florida. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and is a University of Florida Gator fan. GO GATORS!
Lori is also the bookkeeper for two of our apartment communities and a commercial office building. Since newly acquiring her real estate license she helps the other residential property managers during peak periods.
